2 Tbsp Sweet Chai
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Juice from 1 lime
1 1/2 c pineapple, diced
1/4 medium red onion, diced
1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, minced
(or 2 Tbsp Sweet Heat)
1/4 c cilantro, chopped
